Goong, highly recommended in soompi, with the highest no. of posts for a drama. It's about a pact by the grandfathers of the imperial family and his best friend, a commoner that their grandson and granddaughter will wed. So, the crown prince of Korea, Shin, had to wed this wacky design girl, Chaegyung (CG), who happened to be in his same school. (Well, it had to be like that.)
So things happened when this commoner wacky girl had to be separated from her lively, commoner life and into the palace (aka Goong in Hangul). She had to learn what a crown princess should know. Plus, the one that the crown prince, Shin, loves, is in fact a beautiful impressive ballet school mate, Hyorin.
CG knows about it, but to help her family that is in credit debt, she had to force herself to marry Shin. And Shin doesnt wants to stop the bright future of the ballerina. However Hyorin decides to postpone her future and get back her crown prince. What's a palace-imperial-family drama without some evil plot going on? So, enters Yul, another prince. (He's the one many girls are going ga ga over, though he has the typical Takashi Jap pin up boy looks.)
Yullie (aka) could be the crown prince, if not for his father's death. His mother, wants to take back what they are supposed to have. To Yullie, he wants it back, through his mum's poisoning his mind tactic. But he likes the crown princess even more. He doesnt seems to be the evil one.
Okay, done with the intro. So, I was into this drama for the past few late nights. Fri, Sat, Sun... Even with a tiring body after days of shopping, I still watched it til 2am. =p So, a few posts back, I was dissing this drama. Right. It was pretty childish in the first few episodes, I have to say. I hate the traditional costume look. So weirdy in 2006 setting.
But its getting imteresting and funny. Well, that's me. Funny romantic comedy. I'm in it. Goong had 24 episodes in Season 1. Yes, there's season 2, upcoming in Winter 06. Why? Cause its translated from Man Hwa. So with the man hwa author still drawing, the story is still going on.
Enough of Goong. I'm getting goong goong liao. Yesterday went to have Chong Qing again. It was as nice as the first time. The lunch and dinner items seems alike. Hmm, lunch is a possible option the next time. Then went to People's Park. Woo Hoo... Got a cheap deal for a pair of big shades (black frame with pink interior). It was supposedly $20. Seeing us interested, the lady told us $15 will do. Then I saw some scratches on the pink part, asked for a new one but was not available, and the lady told me, $10 will do. Hahaha! So good deal. So got it of course. Then after which, habez, I saw red neckermann. (!) Though it was suede, I still bought it. Okay, I know I'll be owning another pair of birkie soon, but well, this pair is meant to be abused in lab work.
I actually did this entry in school, coz I know I'll not do it at home, coz I'll be goong-ing away.
