It's my first outing with my classmates and we went for a bond movie on friday night.
I wasnt a Bond-lover, so it was more of a they-say-want-to-go-so-go-lor movie trip. Or should I say, it was Mr. 21's idea. (Okay, he's a young 21st yr old classmate, who's ego is comparable to mcp's, or even worse. Childish. Insistent. Whatever.) You can see that I'm not a fan of him. So why do we end up for a movie?
Because, one wanted to watch another movie but was convinced to watch CR, the other doesnt even had any agreement/suggestion and another (which is me) goes with the flow and just wanna get it over and done with. Lastly Mr. 21 is persistent.
Okay, after this trip, I've told myself, I'm not going for another movie trip with him anymore. Or at least try to avoid as possible. I cannot tahan one who is loud and keep asking, making fun of us girls if we had fallen asleep. HELLO?! I'm watching a movie here, stop poking my arm and SHUT UP!
Thank goodness the movie is, at least, nice. The movie is like a prequel to the bond series where Bond is first assigned to a job. He's funny, he's charming, he's well-built, he's action packed and he's not very James Bond. I mean as compared to the old peeps like Sean Connery, Pierce Brosnan... The movie is kinda M:I-kind. For those who said Daniel Craig is not very James Bondy, I've got to say, at least he's the 1st Bond movie I've watched, so he is double Os afterall. And the CR is defintely better than the crappy bad-moves-bad-cinematography Die Another Day showing on tv now.
Oh oh, and I must say about the commercialised CR.
Scene 1:
The bond lady is on this sailing boat, with Bond, enjoying the scenery. And bond girl was capturing the scenery... on a Sony T50. She saw a guy through the lens, then see it again. Camera shown again.
Scene 2:
Someone asked Bond is he's wearing Rolex. "No, it's Omega."
Duhz.
Scene 3:
Auston Martin. An antique version which Bond grabbed and another newest auston martin which he was given.
Scene 4:
Ford Mondeo. Another car shown with him zipping around the island, and the Ford logo was shown for a few times.
Scene 5:
Sony Ericsson must be the sponsor for the movie. Bond is using, villian is using, bond girl is using... Yup.
Tomorrow is monday. Start of the week. A new beginning to the showdown of a game.
