Yesterday had a dinner with a classmate and known a LOT of stuffs.
"He likes xxx..."
"She is a xxx."
"xxx likes you..."
"xxx and xxx..."
blah blah blah blah blah.
It's like O.M.G.
Like I'm back to secondary school where there's rumours everywhere.
It's not the kind I encountered at work! It' more kiddish kind!
To me, it's not that he 喜欢 who and who. It's more like 他对她有意思, 有兴趣.
喜欢 is a too strong a word for someone you barely know, I said.
The way they interpret things are just too... childish to me, I would say.
In fact, I'm kinda deflected by it.
I just want to finish my studies and currently I treat them all as my classmates. In fact, none are in the interest region.
But it's starting to irk me.
I'm just NOT into this, as of yet.
